Test Firing of HQ-16 (LY-80) Surface to Air Missile System

Chinese HQ-16 is a medium-range surface-to-air missile (SAM) system which can be launched vertically. 

Vertically launched HQ-16 SAM has range of over 40 kilometers and a single launcher can carry six HQ-16 surface to air missiles.

Vertically launched HHQ-16 is a highly  maneuverability anti-air missile system which can engage extremely low flying targets flying due to its high speed of Mach 4.

People's Liberation Army Navy (PLAN) is using the HHQ-16 SAM on its Type 054A Jiangkai II class frigates.

The CN235 has earned its reputation for mission versatility, minimal support requirements and reliable operation in a full range of environments and at low operating costs.

More than 250 of these aircraft have been sold worldwide, performing over 1 million cycles in some of the most demanding conditions.

The CN235’s large cabin accommodates up to 36 paratroopers, or can be configured for maritime patrol and surveillance operations with mission consoles, bubble observation windows and a rest area. For medical evacuation missions, the aircraft accommodates up to 18 stretchers, with four attendants.

Its rear ramp can be opened in flight for the airdrop of equipment, and also facilitates the easy loading of mission pallets, along with bulky cargo, standard 88 x 108-inch pallets, light vehicles and aircraft engines. For aerial cargo delivery missions, up to 6,000 kg. can be delivered in a single pass.

The CN235 has excellent handling qualities and manoeuvrability, with fast engine response from its two General Electric CT7-9C turboprop powerplants.

pada lima bidang berdasar pola dan tantanganregional serta global mendatang. Kelima fokus kerja sama itu adalah keamanan maritim, operasi penjaga perdamaian, peningkatan industri pertahanan, penanggulangan
bencana dan bantuan kemanusiaan, dan program kerja tiga tahunan Menhan se-ASEAN.
Kesepakatan itu ditandatangani menteri pertahanan se-ASEAN usai melakukan pertemuan sehari di Jakarta, Kamis.
